Hi, I’m Rachael Azadehnia
A few years ago, I had my second daughter, went back to work, and quietly lost myself.
Not in some dramatic way. I still showed up. I still got it all done. But the version of me that used to be hungry, the one with plans and momentum and a clear sense of where she was headed, was no where to be seen. I was busy every minute and yet didn’t feel like I was making progress against anything.
So I started giving myself what I now give my clients: dedicated time, every week, to ask myself what i was looking for in my career and focus on completing the steps needed to get there. After a few months of consistency, something shifted I didn't expect. The more clarity I had about where I was going, the more present I was for what was right in front of me. My career and my personal life stopped competing for the same time. Each had their own dedicated time.
I didn't set out to build a business. But inadvertently, I was my own first client. By accelerating my own career growth, and earning a seat at the executive table, I realized something I wanted others to know: this was possible. And I wanted to help other women get there too, whether that meant advancing in the career they already had, growing a business they'd already started, or finally building one they kept circling.
By background, I spent nearly a decade in healthcare leadership managing finance, operations and strategy, and hold a Master's in Healthcare Administration. Although I have the professional background, the reason I do this work is because I know it’s achievable. I lived it, and I want to help other women achieve it too. What I know now, that I wish someone had told me then: you are not choosing between being a devoted mother and building something extraordinary. That's the story we've been sold, and it's simply not true. You can have both. I've done it, and I help other women do it too.
That's Lumi. I help women and mothers accelerate the careers they already have, turn the idea they've been sitting on into a real business, or grow the one they're already leading, without waiting for “more time”. That life doesn't arrive on its own. You build it, on purpose, the same way I did.
I'm still tired most days, that part hasn't changed. But I am fulfilled in a way I didn't think was possible to feel again, and that's the thing I'm here to help you find.
