Remember when your whole life was still ahead of you?
It still is.
Why I Do This
A few years ago, life changed. After my fairytale wedding, I became a mom, and all of a sudden found myself with far more responsibility than I knew what to do with, and a career that was quietly moved to the back burner. When I finally had room to look up, I barely recognized myself. My time had become so precious, the ambition I once felt was no longer present, and I had no idea what I wanted instead.
So I did what I now help other people do. I put myself first again. I got passionate about what I was looking for from my career and started thinking outside a traditional 9-5. And what I kept coming back to, over and over, was that I love being the person someone calls when they're on the brink of something new.
I was my own first client. I coached myself through finding my footing, building something of my own, and making room for ambition in a life that was already very full. What I can say is, I’m just as exhausted, but far more fulfilled in my work and what I'm building than ever before.
For nearly a decade, I led teams in healthcare across strategy, finance, and operations, often in the middle of complicated systems and high-stakes decisions. I also spent years mentoring the people doing that work. It taught me how to step back, see the full picture, and help people move forward when the path is not obvious. I learned that leadership isn't just about execution. It's about reflection, alignment, and knowing how to keep moving when things get hard. That's the same work I do now, just one person at a time.
Motherhood was my version of the story. But I've met so many women along the way with their own versions: a career that no longer fits, a business they are ready to grow, or a life that
The Approach
Coaching with me is conversational, focused, and honest. I ask questions that help us understand what is really driving the problem, and will name what I am seeing when it matters.
Before becoming a coach, I spent nearly a decade leading teams through complex work across healthcare, strategy, operations, and finance. That experience shapes how I work. I tend to see the bigger picture quickly, then help you sort through the pieces and decide what deserves your attention first.
Most engagements begin with a three-month commitment. That gives us enough time to get beneath the surface, make noticeable progress on something as significant as a new business, a career move, or the next stage of what you have already built, and create a plan you can actually carry forward.
