Rachael Azadehnia

I’ve always been someone who loves a good book, long walks, and dinner parties where the best conversations happen long after the plates are cleared. I’m drawn to spaces where people feel at ease, heard, and fully themselves, and that’s at the heart of why I do this work.

Before I became a coach, I spent years working alongside leaders and teams navigating complexity, growth, and moments of real uncertainty. I saw how hard it can be to carve out the time and space to think clearly, let alone make meaningful progress on the work that matters most.

Now, I coach founders, executives, and people building things that matter. Most come to me when the stakes feel high, the work feels heavy, or decisions keep getting pushed aside. Coaching with me is equal parts deep conversation and practical strategy. I bring in tools like decision frameworks, reflection prompts, and action planning to help you make sense of what’s in front of you, and move forward with clarity and confidence.
